Ascaso Versatile To Ground Kit  €39.99

Fits models:

• This ground coffee converter kit will convert a versatile Ascaso machine with 57mm baskets to a ground coffee-only model, such as the Dream Arc Basic Ellipse.

You may need to replace the group gaskets when you add this convert kit for a tight seal - See gaskets below.

Installing the ground coffee converter kit

You will need a Phillips screwdriver. 

Make sure that you use the correct sized head, as the screw is soft and can be damaged.
Turn the machine on its back, and make sure that you remove the water tank and plug it out first.
(As this kit fits on your existing shower screen holder you will have less room in the coffee filter basket  so you may have to adjust the grind.)

1. Remove the small crew in the center of the brewing screen, this will fall away. 
 - This exposes the brass group head, which has three more screws, remove these.
 - The brass plate should come away.
 - Clean the brass plate, remove the old gasket, and replace it with a new one.

2. Reinsert the brass plate with the 3 screws.
  - Screw on the new brass converter kit, with the screen using the long screw.
  - Now your machine is ready for ground coffee.  

Please note: This kit won't work with the old Ascaso super creme basket, 
It will fit these filter baskets 

• 14-gram double basket  or single 7-gram 
• 14-gram super creme basket new or single 7-gram
