It's designed to make handling and cleaning fast, efficient and enjoyable. The aluminum knock bar is covered with food-grade silicone which sits firmly in place and can easily be removed for cleaning. The silicone base ring gives it exceptional stability, absorbs noise and protects your work surfaces.
When knocking out the coffee it is quiet, as the sound is absorbed by a special silicon bar and silicon ring underneath.
