- If you are sending to Switzerland.

All emails will be addressed during our normal business hours of Monday – Friday, 9 A.M. – 5 P.M GMT Greenwich Mean Time. Emails received after business hours and on weekends will be addressed promptly when business hours resume.

Shipping & Handling:
If you place your order Monday - Friday by 2:00pm GMT (excluding holidays), it will ship the next day.
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

DHL ships 11:00am each morning (excluding holidays and Saturday and Sunday)

Where do you ship? 
We ship to almost all countries but some are excluded - see country drop down list at checkout. Some countries are still not accepting EMS mail due to Covid 19 - you can see which one  at the checkout stage.DHL will be offered instead.

How do discount codes work? 
All discount codes must be manually entered in the “Discount” box at checkout. All discount codes are available for one use per customer. What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy so you will return to us in the future .
If any product, for any reason, does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a complete refund within 30 days of placing your order.
All items must be unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition - Items returned in any other condition will not be accepted nor will a refund be issued.
In order to return your purchase, please submit your request

Products returned  will be at your expense. Once received, we will issue you a refund in the form of your original payment, less the original shipping fee.
