This is a very rare type of coffee that actually tastes of fruit - so is very mild, low in acid, and best suited to cold drinks, where you have a refreshing drink.

The plantation is located in Ethiopia in the Oromia region between 1800-2120 meters above sea level, where the natural environment favors the growth and maturation of one of the best coffee in Ethiopia, grown organically, socially responsible, and respecting the environment.

Getachew Zeleke, the founder of the Tero farm, has an ambitious goal for the quality level of his plantation. The small owners receive prizes in addition to the normal price of the cherry, thanks to the extraordinary work of selection and processing.
