I just wanted to thank you for a real first class shopping experience. I’m a computer engineer and heavy internet shopper so I buy stuff from USA, Asia, South America and Europe and deal with a lot of on-line vendors. Your pre-sales customer service was great and nothing was overlooked; including the tiny replacement screws for the burrs. And my grinder parts arrived in Australia six days after they were dispatched. All parts are ‘genuine factory’ and your prices, even with very reasonable shipping, were less than half the cost of purchasing here in Australia. And the Aussie distributor advised that the bits I needed were all out of stock with no delivery date. So, job well done!
