Bought for the first time to try. I was tired of seeing the limescale in the water reservoir and, following the replacement of the heating coil of my coffee robot, I took the plunge. NOT DISAPPOINTED. After 6 months (i.e. the duration of use of a cartridge, there is no trace of limescale. I alternately use filtered water in a carafe of the same brand or directly from the tap. I am in an area with moderately hard water. I recommend with your eyes closed.
