This wide and tall water softener suits larger open tanks as it is 6cm wide

Suitable for most semi-automatic espresso machines with an intake hose in the water tank.

The scale resin filter prevents calcium buildup in your machine's boiler. As water is passed through the resin, the calcium sticks to the resin. 
Resin filters should be replaced every 2-3 months or 38 litres, depending on water hardness.

💡While resin water softeners are great for reducing mineral buildup, you will still have to descale your coffee machine. How often you descale depends on the water's hardness + how much water is being softened.

💡 For extra protection, use a Filter jug with a carbon block (like BWT Vida 2.6l Water Filter jug) + water softener.
