Hi Brad, No won't fit the Crono hoppers - it is for the older square hoppers such as #3609 or #3608. We dont have that lid only the hopper - see " #5691"

Yes - you will have to pay import tax. If the order total is above £135 20% UK VAT + duty is payable - | (Royal Mail will collect 2.5% Duty approx +12£ admin fee +20% UK VAT).
