This is a beautiful, top-quality,  walnut or olivewood tamper made by one of Italy's leading coffee grinder manufacturers.

A unique feature is the 2 steel centrepiece rings that can be removed to suit smaller or larger hands.

At 510g, it is the ideal weight for correct tamping - just insert it into the basket and twist - dry puck each time. No pressing is required.
This won't flake with time, wood is not lacquered - just a fine matt polish.

Polished olive or walnut wood with removable rings with a shiny stainless steel base makes this a striking statement piece.

The lap of luxury
Not sold on the usefulness of the adjustable height / length, but the tamper is well made and the base is well lapped with a very smooth finish.

Does it fit with standard 58mm filter basket?

Hi Guy, we tested it against our 14g ridged, 21g unridged, and Rancilio OEM - fitted perfectly. Fits IMS as well. Most stock baskets tend to be oversized anyway - so it should fit yours - but cannot guarantee it. Measure inside to make certain.
