This valve is the original Ceme valve, found on classic models for 110V and 120V zones USA and Canada - see Ceme 588 Boiler Solenoid for 230V europe versions.
Why buy?
- If water or coffee is not coming from the group then the solenoid may be blocked, and water will return back into the water tank, showing the pump is working but the solenoid, is not and water will come from the steam arm - when opened.
- If water is dripping from the group - the solenoid needs replacing.
- Typically the valve will need to be replaced if the machine was not descaled frequently or is more than 3 years old.
