This is a generic, double portafilter, Gaggia portafilter with an olivewood handle and open double spout. It is made from solid brass for heat stability and the exterior is chrome plated.
While it is made for commercial machines, as it has a wide-open spout it is perfectly suited for home use.
The handle is made from Italian olivewood with a matt satin finish and is the same type of handle found on the original wooden classic portafilter from Gaggia - except it is made from Italian Olivewood.
It is slightly shorter than our slim-handle olivewood portafilter and has a great hand feel as a result. Looks great next to stainless steel or chrome.
Olivewood grain tends to vary - so each handle is unique
