Details:
This is stainless steel, volumetric flow meter with straight 3 connectors with LED to show the flowmeter is working.
It is the most common flowmeter found on coffee machines - 1/4'' sized fittings. (See below for flowmeters that need 1/8'' fittings). This flow meter has left straight connectors.
You will need to replace the flow meter if:
If no water is coming from the group
If the panel no longer programs.
If the volumetric button no longer works
If LED no longer lights up

Hi there, Do I have to replace the whole meter ? or can I get away with replacing the top ? I am getting no response the coffee buttton.

Hi Stephan, Yes, it's okay to replace the top, you should replace the impeller and o ring as well. It is a much quicker fix and should restore the volumetric button. See #5851 for the kit.
