The Joe Frex Circular Group Head Brush has nylon bristles with a beechwood handle and is designed to clean grounds that get stuck inside the group head of your espresso machine.

This brush is a more efficient way of cleaning the coffee debris from the rubber gaskets inside the group.
Cleaning around the group heads will make sure the portafilter will have a good seal when it is locked in and you won't get pressure leakage when pulling a shot.
Cleaning around the group heads regularly will also extend the life of the group head gaskets.
