This original Internal Piston Sleeve gasket for Pavoni lever millennium machines 

To remove the existing sleeve you would need a special tool - we currently do not supply one.
You can use a (5mm x 50mm) metal rod that will fit into the 2 slots in the sleeve, and use a pliers to turn it anti-clockwise.
