Details: This is the original internal piston sleeve for Pavoni lever millennium machines. It sits above the piston in the group head to provide a controlled temperature and avoid overheating Fits models made after the year 2000 - new group models.

To remove the existing sleeve you would need a special tool - we don't have one.
You can use a (5mm x 50mm) metal rod that will fit into the 2 slots in the sleeve - if you can manage to find one, and use pliers to turn it anti-clockwise.
