This is a generic La San Marco Group Head Gasket suitable for La San Marco models - see fits tab.

When there's water leaking from the area above the portafilter, known as the group head, then your gasket needs to be replaced.
The group seals become brittle over time due to heat from the portafilter and with age.
When removing the old one it will probably fall apart as it will be so brittle.
With commercial machines, these are replaced just before they get to that stage so it is easier to remove.
We recommend that you keep a spare one.
