This is a set of generic blades for Mazzer Jolly - for the original Mazzer 233M - see here.
Generic are suitable for low volume and original will last longer in a commercial environment.
If you can't get the grind any finer, you must replace the blades.
Your generic blades are sharper and will deliver a finer grind, so you should adjust your grinder after replacing the blades.
