Straightforward to install

1. Turn off machine and if plumbed turn off mains supply.
2. Remove water inlet hose and water outlet hose with a spanner
3. Use a screwdriver to remove the pump clasp
4. Remove pump
5. Remove the 3/8'' fittings , so they can be reused. (The fittings are often glued  and so can be difficult to remove - You can purchse new fittings or  insert the pump upside down in boiling water for 10 min to soften the glue on the fittings.)
6. Insert the fittings into the new pump using PTFE tape for the seal - on both sides of the thread - (PTFE tape on the thread  x 4 )
7. Insert the new pump back into the motor - screwing on the pump clasp
8. Finally screw on the inlet and boiler hoses
9. Turn back on water inlet supply.
10. Turn back on the  machine and press coffee button to check for leaks - tighten fittings and the hose pipes in there leaks.
