Make sure you have turned off the water connection before you remove these valves, otherwise, water will spurt out of the group.
Remove the 4 hexagonal nuts with an Allen key - make sure you have the correct Allen key otherwise, you may damage the nut.
Insert the Allen key into the hexagonal nut and tap anti-clockwise with a spanner - this will break the seal caused by a mineral build-up.
When replacing make sure that the hole of the solenoid is correctly aligned with the hole in the coffee group, otherwise, you won't get any water from the group. Also make sure the o rings are present on the base of the body, as they can slip off during transport.
If you have to replace it while the machine is still warm - be careful as hot water will pour from the group - better to do it while it cold.
Refit the coil and check the body for leaks.
💡If screws were hard to take off - then you should replace them with new screws, as next time they may not come off if they are damaged. see solenoid screw hex M4X10.
