One reason I purchased my Rocket was its looks. And in worst case there is a warranty let alone good espresso machine repair shops in the area. BUT, I do not want to unnecessarily have to ship this heavy machine (and most likely damage it) for a simple replacement of normal wear. So I’ve only used the two black silicon bushings out of the whole kit, but at least the most likely needed h/w is available in a pinch.
