Universal 3/8" Boiler Safety Valve 1.5bar

This is a brass 1.5 bar safety valve with a 3/8' male thread.

Safety valves open up at a certain pressure if the boiler pressure should rise too much due to a pressure stat or PCB malfunction. The safety valve should be replaced if you hear it hissing after the machine has warmed up. ie reached 9 bars. It remains open due to a blockage with lime or spring that has lost its strength. You will need plumber tape to seal the joint.
