How to fit the vibration pump bypass valve.

1. Unplug the machine and ensure the boiler is cold.
2. Remove the current Teflon pipe fitting from your vibration pump.
3. Screw this valve onto the vibration pump - you may need a thread locker or PTFE tape.
4. Once the valve is fitted - attach the silicon water pipe to your water tank reservoir- for over-pressurized water.
5. The OPV is set at approx 10 bar - pressure can be adjusted with a screwdriver when assembled - clockwise to increase pressure to 9 bars and anti-clockwise to decrease it back to 10 bars.
6. A blind filter basket will help you adjust the pressure - Set the valve at 9.5 bars, this would allow a 9-bar extraction.

💡This valve will add an extra 35mm (1.5' inch) to the length of the pump and the adjustment part will stick out 50mm approx. So you will need the internal room inside the machine to add this modification.
