Hi Phillip, These are generic and not original. Made in Italy so quality is very good.

Do I understand correctly that this set is titled as "107C" because you have another set that contains a 104C brew thermostat?
Maybe you could title the two as "107C+145C" and "104C+145C" or something. I was a bit unsure at first if this set would really contain both 107C and 145C.
