This precision palm tamper is designed to ensure that you have a perfect fit for commercial-sized 58mm baskets.
The adjustable height ensures a perfect fit, the tamper rests on the filter basket, ensuring a level tamp, and preventing the tamper from moving from side to side.
This helps prevent channeling and spurting from the sides when using a naked portafilter.
Good tamping ensures a solid and even puck, which will enhance the shot for a smoother taste.

How to use:
Pop into portafilter basket - twist clockwise once or twice for a consistent and level tamp, removing one of the many variables from pulling the perfect shot.
Need a dense coffee puck for a creamy shot - no problem - just adjust the depth of the leveller.
How to adjust the level tamper:
- Unscrew the head by twisting anti-clockwise
- Adjust the base to the desired level ie between 1mm - 8mmby twisting clockwise
- Fix the tamper in place by screwing the head back on - by twisting clockwise
- Tamper is now adjusted to the required level
