Italian espresso blend - not like 100% Arabica

• Less coffee: 7 grams will yield 30ml in 18-23 seconds
• Quicker extraction: Faster extraction times 18-23 seconds for a single or double shot
• Higher temperature: Hard to burn - extraction temperatures up to 94c
• More caffeine: With double the caffeine - 1 single espresso for milk drinks or a double for a creamy 12oz americano. 
• Lower cost in a commercial environment: 30-50% lower in price + use at least 50% less coffee.
