Ascaso brass steam rod kit for models made after 2015 and PID models.
Description:
If you are getting no steam - or if steam is leaking from the steam wand - then this part may be the culprit.
When replaced the steam will stop leaking and will be easier to control the steam jet.
This part is fitted inside your existing steam tap - you will have to remove your old steam tap from the machine and fit this one.
Check your model to make sure - Open up and remove the old tap - if the brass or stainless steel part that holds the black rubber peg can be screwed off - then this one will fit your model.
Why do I need this part?
- If you are getting no steam: You don't need a new steam tap.
- The tip may have come undone. Your tap still works just fine but you will have to open the tap and screw it back on. This part is fitted inside your existing steam tap - you will have to remove your old steam tap from the machine and fit this one.
- If your steam wand is constantly dripping then it's time to replace the steam rod.

- 1 x PM.492 silicon rubber grommet
- 1 x i.2927 silicon rubber o ring x 2
- 1 x i.2907 brass steam rod
