Details:
This is the original gasket for the older thermoblock
The ascaso Silicone Ring is located between the halves of the thermoblock. (Look under the hood to check which boiler you have - thermoblock or boiler.)
Why buy?
If you are losing power or getting a leak from the top of the machine, take a look 'under the hood' and see if you can see staining on the Thermo block.
If you can, then make a coffee while looking at the thermoblock and see if it leaks - If it leaks replace the gasket.
