A clean portafilter basket enables maximum consistency and helps avoid bitter coffee.
 

This EDO-branded barista towel uses thick high-quality microfiber a strong and wide clip for commercial high-use areas.
The towel can be clipped onto the work apron, knock tube or drain tray/grid so it won't be used for general cleaning.
Since microfibre is an absorbent material, we recommend cleaning the cloth daily.
