The timer itself is nice, the issue I have is that it doesn't stick in any metal surface I've tried and certainly not on my Rancilio Silvia. So I have to consider buying a new magnet or a double sided tape for this.

Sorry for my questions, but could you please make a video, how to use it exactly? How can I put the collar on the basket if the level disc stands out so far? There is a big distance between the collar and the level disc, that’swhy the level disc presses the coffee ground before the collar reaches the basket.

Hi Rita, When you press the tamper down - the level disc will lower down to the basket. Once the level disc sits on the basket - the tamper cannot be skewed. A level tamp will ensure a total extraction.
