Gaggia Boiler brass  €174.49

I have installed the he brass boiler since a few days and it works fine.
I wanted to share a couple of things you might be interested in.

The first one is that the electrical terminals are noticeably thinner than on the aluminum boiler, so the "shoes" fit loosely. That is a potentially dangerous situation, high current + loose fit. I managed to tighten mine with pliers, but you might want to do your own testing when you get more units and let the customers know.

The second one is that the product page states it will take longer to heat up than an aluminum boiler. Based on my testing, it it's actually the opposite and and the brass boiler is faster. I have used 4 aluminum boilers (2 coated and 2 uncoated) so I have a lot of data to compare. The crass boiler takes almost exactly 60s from cold start until the brew light comes on, and the group head is too hot to touch after 4-5 minutes. I can speculate that it's because the 1400W heating elements are very powerful and don't care what material the relatively small boiler is made of...
