Group gaskets wear out and become hard and brittle after 1-2 years. When this happens you lose pressure which will reduce the coffee creme and body and taste will be affected.
Features:
- Better than rubber gaskets, since silicone doesn't have any smell or taste and are easy to change in and out.
- The light colour helps detect if there is a build-up of coffee debris.
- 8.5mm thickness ensures that portafilter faces the 6 o'clock position - useful if machine is more that 2 years old.
