How to replace the flowmeter:
Make sure that the main water is turned off at the stopcock.
Remove existing flow meter connector wires - - pay attention to where the earth and live were.
Remove the old flowmeter and fittings
Replace old fittings on the new flowmeter and re-connect wires.
Use Teflon tape to ensure water tight seal
