Details:
New 3/8" boiler safety valve with teflon seal and paper certification, fits most 3/8'' coffee machines.

You should replace this valve if you hear it hissing - not to be confused with the anti-vac valve, which will hiss for 30 seconds before it stops, at the start-up. When the safety valve is blocked with lime, the valve will stay open, and the steam escapes will get worse until it vents fully. You will need plumber's tape to seal the joint. This valve fits most models - see below.
