This is a generic stainless steel steam nozzle with 4 holes and smaller 1.2mm holes.
The standard size Morzocco steam tip hole is 1.5mm and these smaller holes will reduce the speed of the steam. No need for O ring to be used as the thread is tapered , which prevents leaking.
