How is the basket measured? i have definitely premillenium europiccola but when measuring the basket with the outer edges it is 54mm
when measuring the top inside without the edges its 51mm

Hi George, This stock basket is 60mm outside and 52mm internally and fits machines made after 2000. Our stock basket is the pre-millennium basket which is 58mm outside and 50mm internally. You need the La Pavoni - Bottomless Portafilter before 2000

Yes - The handle is not glued. Both handle and removable screw can be removed.
