La Pavoni Lever Pressure Switch
Details: This original pressure switch is for all Pavoni lever millennium machines and is Factory set at 0.8 bar. Pressurestat is a switch activated by pressure, which is adjustable. When the pressure reaches 0.8 bars the pressurestat cuts off, and turns off the element. It will then turn on the element when the pressure drops again. Pressurestats can get blocked over time, with mineral buildup inside the valve which causes it to be less accurate or malfunction. Easy to fit in, a bit smaller than the original one in my LaPavoni lever machine from 1996. And very easy and accessible to set the pressure to the level you want it to be, to make your coffee a bit more sour or a bit more bitter (due to the resulting lower or higher pressure, which means the water is not so hot or hotter), just as you wish.
