 Generic mazer blades set - Titanium coated
Description: This is a generic set - (not original) of 83mm flat steel burrs that have been titanium coated and last 5 times longer on average, than stock blades. Typical life is 2000kg of coffee compared to the standard 400 kg of coffee with regular stainless steel blades. This process powder coats the stainless steel with titanium nitride, an extremely hard ceramic, then hardened under intense heat. This improves the longevity of the burrs and the cutting edges are kept sharper for much longer. If you can't get the grind any finer, you must replace the blades.
These new blades are sharper and will deliver a finer grind, so you must adjust your grinder after replacing the blades. Technical:
