Description:

This is a mid-volume 150LPH, brass pump with a balanced by-pass, to adjust the pump pressure and is fitted with a flange. It's factory set at 9 bars so you don't need to adjust it.
Suitable for 1 and 2-group machines.  Rotary vane pumps can fail, when debris jams the bearings or rust forms in the bearings due to age or inactivity.
Water or steam can splutter from the groups indicating poor flow of water. If, when you dismount the pump, you cant rotate the shaft with your hand easily - then the bearings are damaged and the pump must be replaced.

When to replace:

• If no water coming from the group - you hear noise coming from the machine.
• If you can no longer turn the shaft of the pump by hand.

💡 Rotary vane pumps last a long time but have certain weaknesses, they can get blocked with particles that come into the water system from time to time, causing the ball bearings to seize up.
