Parker Solenoid ZB09 Valve 230V

This is a ZB09 Parker 3-way Solenoid Valve with a 230V coil

This solenoid valve and the coil are typically found on the group head of a commercial coffee machine and home machines, and have the longer-lasting ruby viton seal pad - better for hard water areas. If you are in a hard water area and water filters have been neglected, or daily backflushing is not observed, then the electro valve is likely blocked.

It is best practice to replace the solenoid screw hex M4 x 10mm screws at the same time, as they could become sheared next time - avoid over-tightening.

You may need to replace your solenoid valve and coil if:

• No water is coming from the group.
• Water is constantly dripping from the group or the solenoid base
• Valve burned out - This is rare - more likely that the valve is blocked or worn.
