How long do gift vouchers last?

Gift vouchers are valid for five years from the date of purchase.

What happens if I lose my gift voucher?

If you lose your gift-voucher, you can contact us at customerservice@bluestarcoffee.eu, once you can provide us with the email address attached to the gift voucher, we will locate your voucher code and email it to you.
