This shows you the exact temperature of your coffee while it is extracted in Celsius and Fahrenheit

It should be between 80°C/180°F degrees for the coffee and 100°C 212°F degrees for the steam.

Knowing the boiler temperature is important, so you can avoid burning the coffee.
Some coffees burn between 80°C -84°C

Easy to install you just need a screwdriver.
