Details:
This is a dual gauge - that measures both temperature and pump pressure - some assembly is required.
Use your existing portafilter - just screw off your coffee spout - and screw on the gauge. When finished with the gauge - screw back the spout.
 
  1. Check your espresso machine's pump pressure with this kit, so you can adjust the pump to give you 9 bars of pump pressure. Over time your pump pressure fades but when you can adjust the pump you can restore the lost coffee crema.
  2. Check your machine's group water temperature. Over time the boiler temperature fades but when you can adjust the pressure stat you can increase the boiler temperature.


5 piece kit includes:
  1. Thermal pressure gauge
  2. Stainless steel stopcock
  3. Chrome-plated brass gauge adaptor
  4. Rubber seals x 2

Measures:0-16 bar pressure and 0-120°C
Fits: Commercial-grade portafilters with 3/8" spout and a group solenoid.
Material: Stainless Steel stopcock, chrome plated brass gauge adaptor,   Plastic thermal and pressure gauge with steel parts.
Dimensions: Ø 7.7cm x 3.7 cm  
Adaptor:  3/8'' female thread fitting.
