This is an after-market product and not the original Rancilio - it will fit and act the same.

If you can't get the grind any finer, then you need to replace the blades.
Your new blades are sharper and will deliver a finer grind, so you will have to adjust your grinder after you replace the blades.

Your grinder will make happy noises once more
The Rancillio Rocky is one of the best coffee grinders made. Period.
But the grinding burrs need to be cleaned every so often to get the crud off.
And eventually will wear down enough that they should probably get replaced.

I’m going on 15 years of daily grinding (one cup at a time), so having this set of new burrs is going to make the difference between ‘just ok’ espresso shots and ‘great’ ones.
BlueStarCoffee is imho the go-to place for anyone who wants to keep their coffee rig running good and strong. Amazing service and unbeatable prices.
