Italian espresso blend - not like 100% arabica

• Less coffee: 7 grams will yield 30ml in 18-23 seconds
• Quicker extraction: Faster extraction times 18-23 seconds for a single or double shot
• Higher temperature: Hard to burn - extraction temperatures up to 94c
