The  "Cremoso" blend is a combination of three different, very high-quality, coffees from Brazil and India. 
"Cremoso" is a mild espresso blend that is ideal for home espresso machines. It is relatively easy to achieve a good Crema even with a bean-to-cup machine. 
The taste and aroma are typical of Italian espresso blends but with low acid and velvety and smooth crema.

The taste is full, but with low acid and velvety smooth full crema - Ideal as an espresso or all-day coffee.

Taste notes:

• Regardless of atmospheric conditions, it produces a rich cream that lasts for a long time. is a reliable, balanced, and easy-to-work mix.
• Cremoso has a round taste, typically Italian with hints of delicate cocoa, spices, and toasted bread, exalted by a creamy and velvety cream.
• An excellent body for a creamy espresso.

Use 7g per cup initially and then adjust to taste

EG for an 8-cup plunger pot use 8 x 7 grams  = 56 grams - maybe less if not filling to the top. Serves approx 2-4 people
