Details:
It is the most common flowmeter found on coffee machines - 1/4'' sized fittings. (See below for flowmeters that need 1/8'' fittings). This flow meter has left straight connectors.
Flowmeters rarely fail - usually, a corroded impeller or a shorted flowmeter lid is at fault.
Replacing the lid is usually a quick fix, particularly if the flowmeter is hard to get at. See Flowmeter Led Lid kit or below.
You will need to replace the flow meter if:
If no water is coming from the group
If the panel no longer programs.
If the volumetric button no longer works
If LED no longer lights up

How to replace the flowmeter:
Make sure that the main water is turned off at the stopcock.
Remove existing flow meter connector wires - - pay attention to where the earth and live were.
Remove old flowmeter and fittings
Replace old fittings on the new flowmeter and re-connect wires.
Use Teflon tape to ensure water tight seal
