E&B LAB has 715 holes - (The Nanotech and Barista Pro have 661 holes.)
More holes mean a finer dispersion, greater extraction, and dryer pucks - you may have to adjust the grind slightly.
Its conical and circular holes with electro-polished finish ensure the best possible and consistent coffee extraction and the least amount of sediment.
