This is the thicker gasket for Gaggia commercial machines.
Comes in a set of 2 gaskets + 1 x paper shim.
The paper shim gaskets is for groups that worn - this suppmementry gasket will make it 0.05mm thicker in order to sit at 6 o clock.
If your portafilter is leaking or you are losing crema chances are your gasket needs replacing.
We recommend changing at least every 6-9 months in commercial machines - that way it will be easier to replace.
You will know when to change the gasket when the coffee starts to overflow from handle, when making a coffee. You wont have the correct pressure to extract the coffee, leaving a diluted watery taste in the coffee.
