This is an ascaso Spring and steam valve for  all machines Steel Arc Basic Dream with  boiler element group made before 09/2012 

You should change your gaskets every year, depending on use and the spring/ball valve less often.
Replacing the ball valve and spring ensures you have the maximum steam .

You will know when to replace this valve when your  ascaso coffee machine :

• Steam escaping from group
• Harder to steam the milk
